Foundation for Manhood (FFM) was incorporated in 2008 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization. It was the outgrowth of the vision and work of the Washington Area Coalition of Men's Ministries (WACMM). The WACMM-sponsored Stand in the Gap 2007 on the National Mall October 4, 2007 drew 24,000 men from across the country and set in motion the opportunity to establish an advocacy and legacy organization for the cause of biblical manhood.
The Four Pillars of Foundation for Manhood are:
Engage the media, entertainment, and education gatekeepers of our culture in order provoke and persuade on behalf of the positive contribution of biblical manhood to our society.
Establish and maintain a Christian Men's Wall of Honor to honor the life and legacy of faithful Christ-following men, whether living or deceased.
Call together men from every living generation in the seventh year of every decade to celebrate our identity, destiny and legacy as Sons of the Living God and Brothers in Christ. Next gathering scheduled for 2017.
Equip men for faith and life throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region through the Washington Area Coalition of Men's Ministries (WACMM). This is how we do together what we can't do alone.
